Gregg Goldstone has over 22 years experience in management, enterprise communications, software development and entertainment industry media production as a writer, director, assistant director, producer and designer based in New York, Los Angeles, Orlando and Tokyo. In 1998, after six years as an Apple Computer Associate Developer and member of Apple's Developer Connection, he founded Tropic Reef Web Design. in 2004, Tropic Reef became Nexco.

For the twelve years prior to Tropic Reef/Nexco, he held top leadership positions on feature films and television productions for all the major media organizations including: Sony Pictures, Columbia Pictures, 20th Century Fox Film Corporation, Newline Cinema and Walt Disney Pictures, as well as for television networks NBC, CBS, ABC and PBS.

Gregg has extensive experience in all facets of managing and growing creative processes, from product engineering and branding to ensuring all facets of an organization are communicating effectively to management of enterprise size feature film and television productions involving multiple concurrent shooting units, distant locations, hundreds of employees and casts of thousands.

He has written and sold original screenplays, taught at the graduate level for the University of Southern California Cinema School, and for the U.S. Department of Defense's, Institute for Creative Technologies.

Gregg has produced and assistant directed hundreds of television commercials, and has produced and directed numerous plays Off Broadway. He has assistant directed a score of feature films and television movies where he was personally responsible for scheduling and managing budgets of $5,000,000 to over $100,000,000.  As assistant director for the feature film "Starship Troopers", he was an integral member of the team that executed the picture's special effects which earned an Academy Award® nomination for Best Effects, Visual Effects in 1998.

Prior to his Los Angeles based feature film career, he was founder and Artistic Director of Hyperion Pictures, Inc. a theater and film production company in New York City. His Bachelor of Fine Arts program at New York University was in Film and Television, where he also minored in computer science.  He currently holds an ACHDS Apple certification, is a certifed member of the Apple Consultants Network, is an Adobe/Macromedia Certified Professional and a 20 year member of the Directors Guild of America.
