How To Get Started / What to Expect the First 30 Days

WORLDWIDE PRESS EXPOSURE
First, we're not shy. We want to tell the world about our relationship with you and will likely publish several press releases about our work together. Naturally we keep secret the details of your project, but if we're going to build a larger presence for you, major news organizations need to know about it.

BOOK ANY AMOUNT OF TIME, ANYTIME
You book hours with Nexco. One hour, 5, 20, 100, or enough for an entire Sprint, any amount you wish. Twenty is usually a good place to start. Once hours are booked, we continue the work of the current phase. As we near the end of the booked hours, we'll alert you so that you may book the next block of hours to continue your project uninterrupted. If no new hours have been booked, we pause work at the end of the approved period for your assessment.

PAY AS YOU GO - SPECIAL BILLING EXPLAINED
Nexco works on an hourly fee for service basis -- a model shared by many creative design houses, consulting firms and production companies. Hourly fees are charged to your company credit card prior to the commencement of work. If Nexco is required to outlay capital expenditures on your behalf, all fees for such must be collected in advance.

STAY IN CONTROL - RANGES OF HOURS EXPLAINED
Nexco ensures you stay in control of your project's schedule and budget. We provide estimated ranges of hours per project phase as part of your project proposal. These are estimates only and reflect our past experience. The actual number of hours for your project may be substantially more or less. Hours projected in our proposal do not necessarily relate to 40 hour work weeks. According to your direction, hours can be spread out over many months or compressed into days. Hours estimated in our proposal also cannot predict change requests from you, software issues or new feature requests that come mid-development. Though the process of development is fluid, you can rest assured that billable hours are always controlled by you keeping costs in line.
